Today, we talked about who would be doing what within the group. Discussing each members area of expertise, we designated roles to each member within the group.
Roles
Aaron Cracknell – Modeling and animation
Tom Robinson – Modeling, Materials and post production
Richard King - Modeling and Mapping
Stuart Norton – Modeling and animation
We decided that although each team member had their own responsibilities, we would also cross over into other areas to work as a team in building the model.
Making sure that we were all working from the same scale measurements was an important issue, and we made sure that this was understood by all the members of the team.
As the presentation was rapidly approaching, we then decided to turn our thoughts to this. We checked that everything we wanted to include within this presentation was there and briefly decided who would talk about what section of the presentation.
The meeting was then concluded by having a team SWOT analysis. Here, we discussed what problems may lie ahead. Some things that came to light were:
- Using the same scale
- Quality of the audio content
- Motion Capturing the animation
- Timing of the animation
